Join us for our second Quilt of Valor Sew Day on February 1st or 2nd from 8:00am - 4pm. It's free to attend and sew with us. You can sew blocks, work with a friend, or take a kit to sew and return for a future Veteran. Don't worry if you're not a skilled sewer, you can also help iron for others. We welcome all skill levels and any form of assistance.
Sew Day(s): February 1st & February 2nd - 8 am - 4pm (arrive at your time schedule) Choose either day - Saturday Feb. 1st or Sunday Feb. 2nd. Due to high demand, we have added a second day to accommodate all those who wish to participate.
If you always wanted to participate and never knew what to do. Come and join us and meet new people that have a passion to award our Veterans for what they do or have done to keep our country free.
Supplies needed: Your sewing machine and thread a light color. If you are already working on a quilt, bring it or we have kits available at no cost.
Quilt kits will be provide, to make. The kits will have been prepackaged with material and a pattern. Lunch included. There will be a cutting and ironing location available.
